Ultra and Enterprise plans include a private Slack Connect channel with the Vizzybl team, created automatically when you upgrade.

Ultra and Enterprise plans include a private Slack channel shared between your workspace and ours. Our support agent answers product questions in it immediately, and a human picks up anything it cannot.
You do not have to ask. When an account reaches Ultra — a new subscription, or an upgrade from Free or Pro — we create the channel and email an invite to the person who owns the subscription. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
The invite is a Slack Connect invite, so the channel appears in your own Slack workspace alongside your other channels. You do not need a Vizzybl login to use it, and joining it does not consume a seat in either workspace.
You can see the status at any time under Settings > Help:
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| On its way | We are creating the channel. The invite email follows automatically. |
| We are setting up #your-channel | The channel exists and we are finishing it off. |
| We have emailed you an invite | Check your inbox. Use Resend invite if it did not arrive. |
| Connected | You are in. Ask the bot anything. |
Open Settings > Help and press Resend invite. That sends the same invite again to the email address on your Vizzybl account — it never goes anywhere else, and you can only send it to yourself.
Slack invites expire after 14 days. If yours has expired, the button will say so; contact us and we will issue a new one.
The first invite goes to the subscription owner. Once you are in the channel, add anyone from your own organisation the way you normally would in Slack.
To have Vizzybl send a Slack Connect invite directly to a teammate's email instead, ask us in the channel.
The bot answers from our documentation, so it is fast and it cites its sources. When it cannot answer, it brings in a person and tells you it has.
Answers in this channel never cost you credits.
Everyone in the channel — including anyone you add from your organisation, and the Vizzybl team. Treat it as you would any shared channel. The bot's answers are visible to everyone in the room.
Under Settings > Help, Disconnect releases the channel from your Vizzybl account. The bot stops answering questions about your account there straight away. Reconnecting means asking the bot for a fresh Connect link in Slack.
