Understand your subscription plan, credit system, usage tracking, and billing management.
Vizzybl uses a credit-based system to meter usage. Your subscription plan determines your monthly credit allocation and access to premium features.
Credits are consumed when you perform actions that use AI processing or external data sources.

The exact credit cost for each action is displayed before you confirm it. Your remaining balance is always visible in the sidebar.
Navigate to Settings > Credit Usage to see your consumption history.
The usage ledger shows:
Use the sort and filter options to find specific entries. Click Load More to see older history.
If you are an Owner or Admin of an organization, the credit usage page also shows a breakdown by team member so you can see who is consuming the most credits.
Navigate to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription.
Click Upgrade to see available plans and move to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and your credit balance is adjusted pro-rata.
Contact support to downgrade your plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
