Manage your personal profile, security, notifications, and display preferences from Settings > Account.
Update your display name and review the email address associated with your account. Your display name appears in team views and chat history.
Set your Job Role to help us tailor Vizzybl to your function. Pick from Executive Leadership, Product Engineering, Commercial Growth, Marketing Operations, or General Enablement. You'll choose this during onboarding and can change it any time from this page.
Switch between Light, Dark, and Auto (follows your system preference). The theme applies across all Vizzybl pages immediately.
Choose which AI platforms to include in your Share of Voice analysis. Toggle individual platforms on or off:
Disabling a platform excludes its responses from your SOV calculations and dashboard metrics. This is useful if a platform isn't relevant to your audience.
Enable 2FA for an additional layer of security on your account. Once enabled, you'll need a verification code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.
Choose which messages Vizzybl sends you, and where, in the Contact Preferences section of Settings > Account. The Manage preferences link at the bottom of our emails opens the same section. Changes save as soon as you make them.
Each row is a category of message. Each column is a channel you can receive it on:
Tick a box to receive that category on that channel. The defaults below are for email and push.

Email notifications are sent as they happen. The Daily summary and Weekly summary options aren't available yet.
Turn on Enable quiet hours, then choose a start and end time. During those hours, Vizzybl doesn't send push or chat-channel notifications. Email still arrives. The times use the time zone shown beside them, and the default window is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Select Snooze for 30 days to pause everything except security alerts, on every channel. A banner shows the date the snooze ends. Select Cancel snooze to turn notifications back on early.
Select Unsubscribe from all non-essential communications, then confirm. Every category except Security Alerts is turned off on every channel. The Unsubscribe link in our emails does the same.
To undo it, select Re-subscribe on the banner. Email and push go back to the defaults in the table above. Your chat-channel choices, quiet hours and digest setting are kept.
To delete your account:
Account deletion enters a 30-day pending period. During this time you can cancel it by signing back in and clicking Cancel Deletion on the pending-deletion banner. After 30 days, all your data is permanently removed.
Warning: Account deletion removes all audits, prompt monitoring history, chat sessions, and team associations. If you are the Owner of an organization, transfer ownership before deleting your account.
