Quickstart Guide

Set up your brand and run your first GEO audit in under 5 minutes.

Before you begin

You need:

  • A Vizzybl account — sign up at vizzybl.com
  • A website URL you want to audit

Step 1: Select your data region

During onboarding, choose where your data is stored:

RegionCoverage
AmericasUS and surrounding regions
EuropeEU data residency compliance
Asia PacificAsia and Oceania

Important: Your data region is permanent and cannot be changed after setup. Choose the region closest to your primary audience or the one that meets your compliance requirements.

Step 2: Set up your brand

Enter your brand details:

  1. Primary domain — Your main website (e.g., example.com)
  2. Brand name — Your official brand name as you want it tracked
  3. Brand variants — Alternative names or abbreviations (e.g., "AWS" for "Amazon Web Services")
  4. Industries — Select the sectors your brand operates in

Vizzybl generates a set of keywords based on your brand and industry. Review these keywords and add or remove any that don't fit. These keywords drive prompt monitoring and Share of Voice tracking.

Step 3: Run your first audit

  1. Open the Audits section from your dashboard
  2. Enter the URL you want to scan
  3. Select Single Page as the scan type
  4. Click Run Audit

What this costs. Running a single-page audit costs 15 credits and takes about 30 seconds. Your free tier includes 750 credits and one audit per month. See Credits and Pricing for details on other actions.

Vizzybl analyzes your page through a multi-stage pipeline: infrastructure, content, citations, entity authority, freshness, transparency, and media. The audit typically completes in under a minute.

Step 4: Review your scores

Once the audit completes, you see:

  • AI Visibility Index (AIVI) — Your headline score (0–100), combining optimization readiness with actual AI performance
  • GEO Readiness — How well your content is optimized for AI citation
  • Share of Voice — How often AI platforms mention your brand for relevant queries
  • Pillar scores — Detailed breakdown across Technical, Content, Authority, and Media

Each pillar score highlights specific areas for improvement. Click into any pillar to see granular recommendations.
