Run Your First Audit

Run a GEO audit on your website to measure how well your content is optimized for AI search engines.

Run your first audit

A GEO audit scans your pages and scores them across Technical, Content, Authority, and Media pillars. The results show you exactly what to improve so AI search engines cite your content more often.

Before you begin

You need:

Choose a scan type

Vizzybl offers four scan types depending on how many pages you want to analyze.

Scan TypePagesBest For

Top 20Up to 20Auditing your most important pages
Top 50Up to 50Broader site assessment

Run an audit

  1. Open the Audits section from your dashboard
  2. Enter the URL you want to scan
  3. Select your scan type
  4. Click Run Audit

The audit runs a multi-stage pipeline that typically completes in under a minute for single pages.

What the pipeline analyzes

Each audit runs your content through seven analysis stages:

  • Infrastructure — Semantic HTML, heading hierarchy, landmark elements
  • Content — Nugget density, readability, and quotable facts
  • Citations — Source attribution, external references, and verifiable claims
  • Entity authority — Knowledge graph presence and brand recognition
  • Freshness — Publication dates, last-modified timestamps, and changelogs
  • Transparency — Author attribution, methodology disclosure, and source citations
  • Media — Image alt text quality, video schema, and visual fact density
