Invite team members, assign roles, join a workspace you were invited to, and fix an invitation email that never arrived.

Vizzybl supports multi-user teams within a single organization account. Invite colleagues, assign roles, and track credit usage across your team.
Vizzybl has four role levels.
| Role | Can view data | Can generate prompts and run audits | Can manage team | Can manage Account Settings | Can buy or upgrade the plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Admin | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Member | Yes | Yes | No | No | No |
| Viewer | Yes | No | No | No | No |
Each organization has exactly one Owner. The Owner cannot be demoted or removed, and is the only role that can delete the organization.
Admins can manage the team and all Account Settings — inviting and removing members, changing roles, editing brand settings and tracked keywords, approving competitors, and creating API keys.
Only Owners and Admins can buy a plan or upgrade for the workspace. Members and Viewers see Ask your workspace owner or admin where the upgrade buttons would be.
Members have full access to the product: they can view all data, generate and edit prompts, run audits, and use every integration. They cannot manage the team or Account Settings, and cannot delete prompts, audits, or other saved work.
Viewers are read-only seats for client stakeholders and reviewers. They see dashboards and reports but cannot change anything.
Owners and Admins can invite new members.
Vizzybl emails the invitation to that address from [email protected]. The subject line reads "You've been invited to join", followed by your workspace name.
Two things decide whether an invitation works:
Nobody joins automatically. Your colleague accepts the invitation, then picks their job role.
Pending invitations appear below the member list. Click Cancel to withdraw one at any time before it is accepted. There is no resend button: to send a fresh invitation, cancel the pending one and invite the address again.
You need a Vizzybl account, which is free to create. Sign in with Google using the address the invitation was sent to.
Then take either route:
Joining a workspace does not create a brand for you, and it does not cost anything. You get the access your role allows, sharing the workspace's plan and credits.
Work through these in order.
If you already have your own brand workspace, the Join button in the header does not appear, because that prompt is for people who have not set one up yet. Use the link in the email, or contact support.
From the team page, Owners and Admins can:
Your own entry is marked with "(You)" for easy identification.
Owners and Admins see a credit usage breakdown showing each member's consumption. The breakdown includes:
Members on Ultra and Enterprise plans see a simplified view with a message that credits are managed by team owners and admins.
When you create a Vizzybl account, you start with a personal workspace. To add team members, your account operates as an organization with a shared tenant.
Note: Your data region is set at the organization level and cannot be changed after creation.
