Platform & Model Insights

Different AI platforms have different training data and response patterns. Your brand may be highly visible on one platform and invisible on another. The platform insights section helps you identify these gaps.

Platform comparison chart

A grouped bar chart showing three metrics for each AI platform:

  • Brand Mentions (indigo) — How many responses mentioned your brand
  • Domain Citations (yellow) — How many responses linked to your domain
  • Total Citations (green) — All citations in responses to your prompts, including competitor citations

Use the filter bar to toggle specific platforms on or off. This is useful when you want to focus on the platforms most important to your audience.

Platform stats

Below the chart, individual platform cards show:

  • Platform name and icon
  • Total prompts sent to that platform
  • Number of competitors detected in responses

AI Traffic tab (Ultra / Enterprise)

If you have connected Google Analytics 4, the AI Traffic tab shows traffic that AI platforms drive to your website.

What you see

  • Sessions and users from AI sources with date range
  • Traffic by source — Bar chart breaking down sessions by AI engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini)
  • Engagement comparison — How AI-driven visitors compare to other traffic sources on metrics like bounce rate and session duration
  • Conversions — Conversion events attributed to AI traffic sources

Note: GA4 data is typically 24–48 hours behind real time. A freshness indicator shows when data was last collected.

Connect GA4

To see AI Traffic data, connect your Google Analytics 4 property from Settings > Connections. You need at least Viewer access to the GA4 property.
