Read your Share of Voice charts, Bias Index gauge, visibility trends, and sentiment breakdown.
The Share of Voice tab is your live analytics view powered by prompt monitoring data. It shows how often AI platforms mention your brand, how sentiment trends, and where you stand against competitors.
Five metric cards appear at the top of the tab.
The percentage of AI responses that mention your brand. A higher mention rate means AI platforms reference you more often when users ask relevant questions.
Your mentions divided by total category mentions across all tracked competitors. This is your market share of AI visibility.
The percentage of AI citations that link to your domain. This measures how often AI platforms cite your content as a source, not just mention your brand name.
A score from -100 to +100 measuring how positively AI platforms describe your brand. The gauge bar shifts from red (negative) through neutral to green (positive). Below the score you see up to five descriptor tags summarizing the dominant sentiment themes and the total number of responses analyzed.
Measures how well your brand appears in discovery prompts compared to branded prompts. See Metrics Explained for the full formula and benchmark zones.
