Set Up Your Brand

Configure your brand identity, domain, keywords, and industries so Vizzybl can track your AI visibility accurately.

Set up your brand

Your brand profile tells Vizzybl what to track. Define your domain, brand name, and industry so audits, prompt monitoring, and Share of Voice scores reflect your actual market position.

Before you begin

You need:

  • A Vizzybl account — sign up at vizzybl.com
  • Your data region selected during onboarding (this cannot be changed later)

Set your primary domain

Enter the main domain you want to audit and monitor. This is the website Vizzybl scans for GEO readiness.

  • Enter the root domain without www or https:// (e.g., example.com)
  • Multi-part TLDs like .co.uk are supported
  • You can audit other URLs later, but this domain anchors your brand profile

Enter your brand name

Your brand name is how Vizzybl identifies you in AI-generated responses. Enter your official brand name as you want it tracked across AI platforms.

This name appears in your Share of Voice results and prompt monitoring reports.

Add brand variants

Brand variants are alternative names, abbreviations, or common misspellings that AI platforms might use to refer to your brand.

Examples:

Brand NameVariants
Amazon Web ServicesAWS, amazon web services
Coca-ColaCoke, coca cola, cocacola
JPMorgan ChaseJP Morgan, JPM, Chase

Vizzybl matches all variants when scanning AI responses, so adding these increases detection accuracy. Separate multiple variants with commas.

Select your industries

Choose the sectors your brand operates in. Industries drive two things:

  • Keyword generation — Vizzybl generates tracking keywords based on your brand and industry combination
  • Competitor discovery — AI analysis uses your industry to identify relevant competitors

You can select multiple industries. Choose the ones most relevant to your core business.

Review your keywords

After you save your brand profile, Vizzybl generates a set of AI-optimized keywords based on your brand name, domain, and industries. These keywords drive prompt monitoring and Share of Voice tracking.

You can manage keywords from Settings > Keywords:

  • Exclude keywords you don't want to track
  • Add custom keywords specific to your brand or campaigns
  • Preview your final keyword set — Vizzybl uses up to 10 active keywords

Keywords are versioned. You can view and revert to previous versions at any time.

Configure markets and languages

Set your geographic and language targeting:

  • Primary market — Your main geographic market (e.g., United States, United Kingdom)
  • Secondary markets — Additional markets you want to track
  • Primary language — The language of your main content
  • Secondary languages — Additional languages for multilingual brands

Market and language settings help Vizzybl generate region-relevant prompts and interpret AI responses in context.

Upload brand guidelines

If you have brand guidelines, upload them as a PDF. Vizzybl extracts:

  • Voice and tone — How your brand communicates
  • Messaging and values — Core brand messaging
  • Visual identity — Brand visual standards
  • Target audience — Who your brand serves

This information helps Vizzybl evaluate how well AI platforms represent your brand compared to your intended positioning.

Note: Brand guidelines upload is optional. You can add them later from Settings > Brand.

AI brand analysis

After you save your brand profile, Vizzybl runs an automatic AI analysis of your brand. This analysis discovers:

  • Your primary products and services
  • Your target audience and business model
  • Industry verticals and competitive landscape
  • Suggested competitors based on your market position

The analysis results appear in your brand settings and inform keyword generation, competitor suggestions, and audit context. You don't need to take any action — this runs in the background.
