Using the AI Chat

The Vizzybl AI assistant is available from the Home page and as a split-view panel from most feature pages. Ask it questions in natural language and it will query your data, run tools, and generate insights.

How to access the chat

  • Home page — The full-width chat interface at /home
  • Split view — On pages like Audits, Prompt Monitoring, and Content Optimization, the chat appears as a side panel so you can ask questions without leaving your current view
  • Voice input — Click the microphone button to speak your question. The assistant transcribes your speech and processes it as text.

Chat modes

Two modes control the depth and cost of each response.

In Thinking mode, the assistant shows its reasoning steps before answering. This is useful for complex analytical questions where you want to understand how the conclusion was reached.

Switch modes using the mode selector in the chat input bar.

What you can ask

The assistant has access to 18 specialized tools. Here are examples organized by feature area.

Audits and analysis

Prompt monitoring

Deep Research mode

For complex questions that require extensive analysis, the assistant can use Deep Research. This mode takes longer but produces thorough, well-sourced answers. The assistant decides when to use Deep Research based on the complexity of your question, or you can ask it to "do a deep research on..." to trigger it explicitly.

Voice input

Click the microphone icon in the input bar to start voice recording. The assistant uses your browser's speech recognition to transcribe your words in real time. The transcript appears in the input field where you can review and edit it before sending.

For real-time voice conversations, use the Live Voice panel. This opens a dedicated voice interface with audio visualization showing listening and speaking states, real-time transcript streaming, and the ability to execute tools during the conversation.

Suggestion chips

When you open a new chat session, suggestion chips appear with common starting prompts. Click any chip to send that prompt immediately. These are tailored to your brand profile and current data.
