Actions Panel

Track concrete next steps Vizzy recommends in chat — mark them in progress, completed, or ignored, with a full audit trail.

Actions Panel

When Vizzy recommends concrete next steps in chat — for example, a 3-step plan to improve a GEO audit score — those recommendations are automatically captured in your Actions panel, so you can track them without re-reading the chat thread.

Opening the panel

Click Actions in the header (next to Resources). A count badge shows the number of pending and in-progress items.

The panel opens on the right side of the screen and persists as you navigate — open it on a chat page, then go to your GEO Audit to do the work, and your action list stays put.

The panel shows your own actions — the ones extracted from your chats. To see the whole team's work on a drag-and-drop board, click Open Board in the panel header (see Actions Board).

Where actions come from

Actions are extracted automatically from Vizzy's chat responses whenever it gives you an explicit list of recommendations. You'll never have to add them manually. The extractor is conservative — only numbered/bulleted action lists or clearly imperative recommendations ("Add X", "Deploy Y", "Update Z") become actions. Casual mentions and speculative suggestions don't.

Each action carries the context it was created in: the audit it relates to, the page URL or competitor it concerns, the chat session it came from. Clicking the context chip on an action card takes you directly to the relevant page.

Triaging actions

Each card has three buttons:

  • In Progress — Mark that you've started working on this. The card stays in your active list.
  • Complete — Hide the card, log that you finished. A 6-second Undo snackbar lets you reverse if you misclicked.
  • Ignore — Hide the card, log that you've decided not to do this. Same Undo window.

If Vizzy re-recommends the same action in a later chat, you'll see a small ×N badge next to the title showing how many times it's been surfaced.

History view

Click View past actions at the bottom of the panel to see everything you've completed or ignored. From there you can Reactivate any item — completed ones return to In Progress, ignored ones return to Pending.

What's logged

Every state change is recorded with a timestamp and the context (audit, URL, competitor) at transition time. This builds the foundation for our outcome-correlation agent (coming soon), which will measure whether completing specific actions actually improves your brand visibility, citation count, and position over time.

Visibility

The panel shows only your own actions — the ones extracted from your chats — so your day-to-day triage view stays focused. The Actions Board is a shared team view: every member of your workspace can see and move every action in the workspace. Because actions are derived from chat recommendations, titles and descriptions become visible to your teammates on the board. Your underlying chat sessions stay private — only the extracted action, not the conversation, is shared.

Right-side panel coordination

Only one right-side panel can be open at a time. Opening Actions will close any open dashboard chat or split-view, and vice versa. The list itself isn't lost — re-open Actions any time from the header.
