A shared drag-and-drop kanban of every team member’s actions — open a card to add labels, due dates, assignees, checklists, and comments — with two-way Trello and Workfront sync and throughput tracking.
The Actions Board is a shared, drag-and-drop kanban view of every action in your workspace. Where the Actions panel shows your own items for quick triage, the board is the whole team's picture of what's recommended, in progress, and done.
Open the Actions panel from the header, then click Open Board. The board lives at Dashboard → Actions.
Actions are grouped into four columns that match their status:
Drag a card between columns to change its status. Any member of your workspace can move any card — the board is a team surface. Each card shows who the action belongs to (the person whose chat produced it), while the move itself is attributed to whoever dragged it.
Pending and In Progress cards move freely between the two working columns and into Completed or Ignored. Completed and Ignored cards are "done" states — to reopen one, drag a Completed card back to In Progress, or an Ignored card back to Pending. Columns that aren't a valid drop target dim while you drag.
Click any card to open it. Alongside the recommendation itself — its description, priority, and the view it relates to — you can add the working details your team needs to actually get it done:
All of this detail also gives Vizzybl richer context about what your team is working on and how far along it is, which helps it make better, non-duplicative recommendations.
If your workspace has connected Trello, each card shows a Send to Trello button. Click it to create a matching card on your team's Trello board. From then on the two stay in sync both ways: move the card on the Vizzybl board and it moves in Trello; move it in Trello and it moves here. Completing it in either tool counts toward your throughput stats.
If your workspace has connected Adobe Workfront, each card shows a Send to Workfront button. Click it to create a matching Task in your chosen Workfront project, and a Workfront link chip appears on the card so you can jump straight to the task. From then on the two stay in sync both ways: move the card on the Vizzybl board and the task status updates in Workfront; complete or update the task in Workfront and the card moves here. Like Trello, this is available on Pro and above — see Connections for the one-time setup.
Every status change is recorded per day, per workspace, and per person, so you can report how much work is getting done over time — how many actions were created, started, completed, or ignored in a given period, and by whom. (Reporting views build on this data; the data collection is always on.)
Because the board is shared, action titles and descriptions are visible to everyone in your workspace. The chats they came from remain private to their author — only the extracted action is shared. See Actions Panel → Visibility.
